Betty went to be with her Lord on Thursday, February 21, 2013 and she was surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on August 5, 1920 in Detroit to the late Ceaser and Jewel (Schmeyser) Ballard.

A Catholic committal prayer service will be on Monday, February 25, 2013 at 11:30 AM at St. Hedwig Catholic Cemetery, Dearborn Heights, MI, with Father Thomas Cusick officiating.

A donation in her memory may be made to the Arbor Hospice.
